WORLD BREASTFEEDING WEEK!

Today is the first day of World Breastfeeding Week that runs from August 1- 7, 2012.  The Jefferson County Health Department is hosting a Breastfeeding Mothers' Tea this Friday on August 3rd from 1-3 pm.  The tea is open to all breastfeeding mothers and their families and all pregnant women. There will be light refreshments and drawings for door prizes.  The breastfeeding peer counselor will set up display tables with breastfeeding information and be available to answer your questions.  Bring your breastfeeding baby and get your picture taken to be put on our bulletin board in the waiting room.  Come celebrate with us and register to win prizes!
